miniFactory, a company vested in high-performance 3D printing, is launching the miniFactory Ignite flagship 3D printer. miniFactory Ignite combines high temperatures, large build size, advanced quality assurance technology and cost effectiveness, the company reports.

The new miniFactory Ignite offers a 600x400x400 mm printing space. This removes all constraints of build size while maintaining the ability to choose the right material for the application.

Ignite is equipped with smart heated chamber up to +200C temperatures. It enables validated printing with various materials such as ULTEM9085, PA-CF, PC, ABS, PEEK, PEKK, and others. Due to its dual-printing capabilities, users can print various support materials and create challenging geometries. With an open material system users can choose preferred suppliers and materials. Ignite's integrated drying station ensures an optimal environment for each material.

“Our mission is clear: to make 3D printing a reliable manufacturing method for even the most challenging requirements,” says Olli Pihlajamäki, chief operating officer, miniFactory.

The first miniFactory Ignite devices will be delivered in Q2 2023.

The world premiere of Ignite will be at the Formnext 2023 in 2 weeks at the stand 12.1-F101.
